Each player is permitted one registered account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds must meet rollover conditions before withdrawal is permitted.
Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. KYC verification — including valid Malaysian ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) — is required before any cashout is approved.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting tools, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AGNSlot holds its international operating licence. Players are responsible for understanding local laws in Malaysia regarding online gambling.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and AGNSlot ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at agnslot.cam (the "Platform", "Website", "Service").

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on AGNSlot, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Players must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to maintain only one Account on the AGNSlot Platform. Opening multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, AGNSlot reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and retain any funds in violation of this policy.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. AGNSlot will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.
Account Currency: AGNSlot accounts for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagering amounts are displayed and processed in MYR unless a cryptocurrency deposit method is used, in which case the fiat-equivalent MYR value applies at the time of conversion.
AGNSlot is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing withdrawals and may be required at any stage of account operation at AGNSlot's sole discretion.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent). Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
Processing Time: Deposits via e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to the player's Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, which may take up to 60 minutes depending on network congestion.
Funding Source: All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered player. Third-party deposits are not accepted. AGNSlot reserves the right to return deposits and request re-submission via a verified personal payment method where third-party funding is suspected.
Currency: All deposits are converted to and held in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of receipt, less applicable network fees.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have passed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
Processing Times: AGNSlot processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under five (5) minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — typically five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; direct bank wire transfers — fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes represent standard processing expectations and are not guaranteed service level commitments.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal Conditions: Prior to withdrawal, players must ensure that: (a) their Account balance does not include any uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements; (b) all outstanding identity verification requests have been completed satisfactorily; (c) no ongoing account review, fraud investigation, or dispute is active on the Account.
AGNSlot reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity has triggered internal risk review procedures.
AGNSlot offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the relevant promotion description. Players should review wagering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.
Bonus Abuse: AGNSlot actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, and systematically reversing deposits after claiming bonuses. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonus funds voided and may be permanently suspended.
Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus: The 2% crypto deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688, is available to eligible players who deposit using supported cryptocurrency methods (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Standard wagering requirements apply. This bonus may not be combined with other active deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated.
All games offered on the AGNSlot Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time video-streamed dealing by professional dealers. All game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by AGNSlot or any player.
Game Outcomes: The result of every game round is final once confirmed by the Platform system. In the event of a game software malfunction or system error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed will be returned to the player's Account balance.
Disconnection: AGNSlot is not liable for losses resulting from technical disconnections on the player's end, including internet outages, device failures, or browser crashes. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in certain games (e.g., live dealer tables), the Platform's server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection will be treated as authoritative.
Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Live in-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the odds available at the point of bet placement. For EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other football markets, Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets follow standard international wagering rules as set out in the relevant sports betting section of the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AGNSlot Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:
AGNSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGNSlot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
AGNSlot's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of AGNSlot.
AGNSlot collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data is used for the purposes of account operation, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. AGNSlot does not sell personal data to third parties.
Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to AGNSlot's legal retention obligations. Data requests may be submitted to our support team at the contact details in Section 19.
AGNSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued access to or use of the AGNSlot Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AGNSlot holds its international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
Dispute Submission: All formal disputes must be submitted in writing to our support team (see Section 19) within thirty (30) days of the relevant event giving rise to the dispute. AGNSlot will acknowledge the dispute within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive resolution within twenty (20) business days.
Malaysian Players: AGNSlot acknowledges that Malaysian players operate within the jurisdiction of Malaysian law. By using this Platform, Malaysian players confirm that they do so voluntarily and at their own legal risk, and that AGNSlot's international licensing framework governs the contractual relationship between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to independent arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
